What are the different User Types

Mod Advisor has three types of user accounts which determine functionality.  The first user added by the Mod Advisor team will default to an Admin account.

• Admin - Admins have full permissions including the ability to add users, lock/unlock accounts, and ability to manage and update the Agency Information page.  You can have more than one admin.

• User - Users can log into Mod Advisor and access all accounts and mod files within your organization. They can create and manage accounts, update mod files, and run or share reports.  They cannot add users or update the agency information page.  A user can lock/unlock and account as long as they are the account owner.

• Producers - Producers do not have a login to Mod Advisor. When you add a producer as user what you are doing is allowing that person to appear on cover page reports for producer branding.
