Resending an Invitation (admins only)

When you add a new user to Mod Advisor, they receive an invitation email with instructions on how to login. Invitation emails expire after 24 hours.

Note: It is important to make sure the user’s email is correct. You can edit a user email if needed.

• Navigate to your profile in the top right corner.
• Select Users.
• Look for the desired user. You can sort users by First Name, Last Name, Email, MFA Status, or Status by clicking on the column title. You can sort by ascending or descending order.
• After locating the user, click the paper airplane icon under the Action column. The user will receive a new invitation email. The link will be valid for 24 hours
