Types of Bureau Worksheets Able To Be Imported

Mod Advisor makes it easy to import bureau reports.  

These are the current bureau worksheets we import:

• California – Original and Scanned
• Delaware – Original
• Massachusetts – Original
• Michigan – Original and Scanned
• Minnesota – Original only
• Mod Master Report – Original only
• NCCI – Original and Scanned
• New York – Original NYSIF and NYCIRB
• Pennsylvania – Original
• SFM Insurance Company – Original
• Wisconsin – Original only
• Zywave – Original

Please note the fastest way to get information into Mod Advisor is an original worksheet.  If the worksheet is a scanned copy it may take 10-15 seconds per page to extract the information.  In the event a worksheet cannot be read you'll receive an error message.

Bureau reports can be ingested directly from the home screen.   If it is a new account/worksheet Mod Advisor will automatically extract the Account Name from the worksheet and create the account and extract the information.

You can also import worksheets directly into an Account.  Simply navigate to the account you wish to upload the worksheet to and click the + icon in the header on the right hand side and upload your worksheet. 

When choosing this option the worksheet will be added to that account even if the name and risk id are different.
