What is the Historical Mod Calender?
The Historical Mod Calender is an Icon in the Action Menu located on the Account screen. This is where you can set historical mod values. These values are used in Reports that show a historical mod table.
Select the Historical Mod Calendar and it will open a new screen. This is where you can store historical mod values.
To Add a new historical mod value simply select the + icon in the green header which will open a new pop up window with the following values:
- Select or Input File Name
- Rating Effective Date
- Select Calculation Type
- Current Mod
- Minimum Mod
If you have historical files, you can select the historical file from the Select or Input File name. The values will be auto populated.
If you do not have any historical mod files in Mod Advisor then you can enter the file name manually such as "2024 NCCI Mod". Then enter the rating effective date, calculation type and current mod. The reason you have to enter all fields is due to how things are grouped in reports and within an account you could have a NCCI mod, CA mod, NY mod etc....
