Adding a Mod File Manually

This guide explains how to add a new Mod file, manually, to a new or existing account.

Steps to Add a Mod File Manually

  1. Navigate to the Account:

    • From the dashboard, select the desired Account OR create a New Account if one does not exist for the mod you are creating.

  2. Access the Mods List:

    • Once in the account, go to the Mods section to view the list of existing Mod files. If this is a newly created account, you will not see any mod files until you create them.

  3. Add a New Mod File:

    • Click the Plus Sign (+) located in the top-right corner of the Mods list.

  4. Submit Mod File:

    • Click Submit Manually to create a new Mod file.

  5. Choose Calculation Type (Manual Input Only):

    • Select the appropriate calculation type from the drop-down menu.

  6. Enter Mod Details:

    • Open the newly created Mod file and enter:

      • Policy Information

      • Payroll Data

      • Claim Information

Notes:

  • Ensure that all required fields are completed accurately for proper Mod calculation.

  • If uploading an official Experience Rating Worksheet instead of manual entry, use the Upload File option instead of "Submit Manually."
