Viewing and Exporting Either OR Both - Open and Closed Claims from the Intelligence Tab
Overview
The Intelligence tab allows you to filter and review current claims, view open versus closed claims, and export claim details to Excel for further analysis.
Steps to View Open Claims

Navigate to the Intelligence Tab

From the main navigation, go to Intelligence.

Select the Global view.

Filter for Current Claims

Under Rating Effective Date, select the current and upcoming years (e.g., 2025 and 2026).

This ensures you’re only reviewing current claims rather than historical data.

Access Claims Open vs. Closed

Scroll down to locate Claims Open vs. Closed.

Select Open to view open claims.

Review Open Claim Totals

The system will display:

Number of open claims
-
Total incurred loss value
-

- Repeat Process with 'Closed' to Work With Closed-Only Claims
NOTE: Why Mod File Name Is Not Listed on Screen
The mod file name is not listed in the on-screen view because it is included in the exported Excel file. This prevents redundancy and ensures clarity when accounts and mod files differ.
Exporting Claims to Excel

From the Open (or Closed) Claims chart, click the Export option.

Open the downloaded file in Excel.
The export will display:

Account Name
-
Mod File Name
-
Claim Details
-
Claims sorted from high-value down to lower-value, such as med-only claims
