How to Contact Mod Advisor Support Team

If you're experiencing an issue or have a question about Mod Advisor, our Support Team is here to help. The fastest way to get assistance is by submitting a support request directly through the app.

📍 Steps to Submit a Support Request

1. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Support Request.

2. You’ll be directed to the Support Form page.

3. Fill in the following details:

   • Your name

   • Your email

   • Phone number (optional but recommended)

   • Message – Describe the issue or question in detail

4. (Optional) Attach any relevant files by dragging and dropping them into the upload box. Maximum file size is 25MB.

5. Click SEND to submit your request to our support team.

You can also click RESET if you need to clear the form and start over.
