How to Edit the Name of an Existing Mod File

 

Overview
You can easily update the name of a Mod file using the action menu in your account. This is useful for keeping account names consistent or correcting errors.

 

Steps to Edit the Mod File Name

1. Locate the Account; click on the Account containing the Mod file you wish to rename.

2. Choose the Mod File.  Once Mod file opens, click on "Mod Info" at top of screen.

3. To the right of each Mod name is an Action Menu, click the BLUE pencil icon

4. A text dialog box will appear. Enter the desired account name in the field.

5. Save Changes
   
   

Tip

Renaming a Mod file only affects the display name—it does not alter the associated Mod data.
