Non-NCCI State Worksheet Upload Issues

Issues with Upload:  NCCI and Non-NCCI Worksheets

Non-NCCI States use worksheets that differ significantly from NCCI’s format, which can cause import issues in Mod Advisor. Most issues can be avoided by following these guidelines:

  • Is this a scanned or original copy?
    • Scanned documents are hard for computers to read because OCR (Optical Character Recognition) depends on scan quality and document characteristics.   Use a high-quality scanner, good lighting, and at least 300 DPI. Fixing skew, reducing noise, and enhancing contrast will also help.
  • Are there additional pages?
    • Remove any cover pages, blank pages, pages with graphs or anything that is NOT the experience rating worksheet before importing.
  • Is it the State's OFFICIAL worksheet?
    • Ensure the document is the official worksheet and not a worksheet created by a 3rd party (NOTE:  Mod Advisor DOES import Mod Master worksheets).  Samples of NCCI and Non-NCCI worksheets are below for reference to ensure you have the State's official worksheet.
