Issues logging into Mod Advisor

If you cannot log in to Mod Advisor, please try these steps to see if this resolves your issue.
1) Hard Refresh the Page
Forces the browser to reload fresh assets.
- Windows: Ctrl + F5
- macOS (Chrome/Firefox): Command + Shift + R
- Safari: enable the Develop menu, then Empty Caches, or use a private window (below).
2) Try a Private/Incognito Window
Disables extensions and uses a clean session.
- Chrome/Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N (macOS: Command + Shift + N)
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P (macOS: Command + Shift + P)
- Safari: File → New Private Window
3) Clear Cache and Cookies
Old cookies can block modern auth flows.
- Open your browser settings → Privacy or History → Clear browsing data.
- Clear Cookies and Cached images and files. Restart the browser.
4) Try a Different Browser
Use Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. If it works elsewhere, your main browser likely has a conflicting extension or stale cache.
5) Check Network and VPN
- Confirm you have internet access and correct date/time.
- Disable VPN or proxy and retry. Some networks block authentication endpoints.
- If on office Wi-Fi, try cellular or a different network.
6) Verify the Login URL
Use the official link: https://app.modadvisor.com
7) Reset Your Password
Click Forgot Password? on the login page and follow the email instructions. Check spam/junk.
