Last Updated: 8/20/2025

There is a column on the Claims Tab labeled - MA - Nature of Injury.  This is different than the column Nature of Injury.

MA - Nature of Injury provides a set of defined values that can be selected ensuring continuity across an organization.  This field is used to power the following reports in the summary and detail section:

  • Loss Analysis Summary - MA - By Nature of Injury
  • Loss Analysis Detail - MA - By Nature of Injury

The column labeled Nature of Injury allows for user defined values to be entered and is also what is populated when importing loss run data.  When possible this data is automatically mapped to a corresponding MA - Nature of Injury.  The Nature of Injury Column is used to power the following reports.

  • Loss Analysis Summary -  By Nature of Injury
  • Loss Analysis Detail - By Nature of Injury

Please note you can customize your view and turn these columns on/off in your user profile.

Here is a video.
